About Me

My Journey with ADHD
I came to this work both personally and professionally. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, after years of compensating, pushing through, and assuming that things felt harder because I wasn’t trying hard enough.

Learning how my brain actually works reframed everything — not just emotionally, but practically. It became clear that insight alone wasn’t enough. What was missing was support for regulation, capacity, and follow-through in everyday life.

My Approach
I’m trained as both an occupational therapist and a psychotherapist, which means I work at the intersection of emotions, nervous system regulation, and real-life functioning.

Rather than focusing only on insight or coping strategies, my work looks at the systems that make regulation easier or harder: emotional load, nervous system capacity, and sensory and environmental demands.

Therapy is structured, collaborative, and practical. We build tools together — and then practice using them where life actually happens.
